Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
