Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
