Baker wanted in Ibadan North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ibadan North, Oyo State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer ₦265,000 per month plus benefits.
