Retail butcher wanted in Kura

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kura, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦600 per hour, based on your experience.
