Urgent requirement: cook (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Dade County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
