Prep cook wanted in Shivpuri

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. We are looking for able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service Pay around ₹33,500 per month, based on your experience.
