Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Motley County, Texas. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
