Tandoor cook — Elbert County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Elbert County, Colorado. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
