Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Offa, Kwara State. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
