Deboner wanted in Khandwa district

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Khandwa district, Madhya Pradesh. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
