Meat cutter — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Warren County, Kentucky. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
