Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
