You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
