Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Full-time, day shift. ₹28,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
