Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in White County, Illinois. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
