Immediate opening: precision welder (Imo State)

Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Okigwe, Imo State. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Your main tasks: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
