Bodywork technician — Blackpool

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Blackpool, England. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
