Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kware, Sokoto State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Full-time, day shift.
