What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
