Meat cutter — Halifax County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Halifax County, Virginia. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Rotating shifts.
