Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Saint Clair County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
