Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
