On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
