Bread baker wanted in Tofa

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Tofa, Kano State. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Rotating shifts.
