Construction helper • Oredo, Edo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction helper in Oredo, Edo. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day to day you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
