Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Ukhrul, Manipur. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₹23,500 per month plus benefits.
