Now hiring: we are hiring a room service attendant in Damban, Bauchi State. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
