Cook — Meade County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Meade County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
