Painter — Shanono

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter in Shanono, Kano State. The job is at a property maintenance company. Your main tasks: • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Part-time with flexible hours.
