Kitchen steward • Kontagora, Niger State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kontagora, Niger State. You will work in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
