Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Skagit County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Skagit County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Refuel the machine and record running hours Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
