Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Giade, Bauchi State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Full-time with occasional weekends.
