You should have: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Own brushes and basic hand tools On a typical shift you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls.
