Bakery assistant wanted in Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lake County, Oregon. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
