Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
