Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Suru, Kebbi State. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
