Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Serchhip, Mizoram. You will work at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Overtime paid at a premium rate.
