Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ipokia, Ogun State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer ₦215,000 per month plus benefits.
