Press operator — Dawson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press operator in Dawson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day-to-day duties: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Full-time with occasional weekends.
