Plant operator (dozer) — Saline County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Saline County, Arkansas. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
