Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Ikenne, Ogun State. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
