Immediate opening: rough terrain crane operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Lee County, Texas. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $8,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
