Cook wanted in Anglesey

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Anglesey, Wales. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
