Crawler dozer operator — Addison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Addison County, Vermont. The job is at an open-cast mine. You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On a typical shift you will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
