Catering cook — Henry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Henry County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
