Join our team: toolroom milling operator (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Perry County, Illinois. You will work in a toolroom. The role involves: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 2+ years on the tools preferred.
