Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Lapai, Niger State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts.
