Ironing operator — Williamson County

Join our team: we are hiring an ironing operator in Williamson County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Full-time with occasional weekends.
