Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request.
