What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
